Product Design & Manufacturing

Product Design

From clothing to tactical gear, we love helping people bring new products to life. You can start with a drawing and, if you stick to the process, you can have your product in no time at all.

We can also help you create a pattern if you need it. We’ll even advise you on how to modify a design to make it easier to stitch together to reduce labor time and increase productivity.

Creating a product from scratch is a multi-stage process:

  • Stage 1: We receive your design
  • Stage 2: We create a workable pattern and develop an initial prototype
  • Stage 3: We identify required dyes and hardware and develop a second prototype
  • Stage 4: Final prototyping and pricing
  • Stage 5: Production

Each stage has its own cost, depending on which services you will need. Depending on the product, the process can run between $1500 to $5000. The average is typically $1500 to $3500.

Manufacturing

We offer all-American manufacturing for anything requiring stitching—not just military gear. We offer design services, material sourcing, and cutting services.

The cost of manufacturing is driven by labor and material costs. For example, the longer the product takes to cut and stitch, the higher the cost per unit. In addition, the higher the quality of material, the higher the cost per unit. We always strive to be as productive as possible at a price that makes sense on all sides.
