Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns Policy

All Refunds Exchanges and Refunds are handled on a case by case basis.

Exchanges: 

For unopened and unused merchandise exchanges are possible. 

Merchandise requiring warranty work due to manufacturers defect will follow this process also.

Step 1: Email us @ squatchsurvivalgear@gmail.com (expect 3-4 days before response) Include a reason for the exchange.

Step 2: Box up and mail the merchandise to the address provided in the email. Please provide a tracking number and purchase insurance.

Step 3: We will exchange the merchandise and send a tracking number back. 

The entire process can take up to 3 weeks to fully complete. 

Refunds/Returns:

For unopened and unused merchandise returns are possible.

Step 3: We refund the cost once the merchandise is delivered.

You must submit proof of purchase, an explanation of the defect, a picture of the defect, good contact name, contact number and address.

A large number of our bags have have a lifetime warranty from manufacture defect.

Clothing sales are final and returns are handled by printful. 

Byrna products are handled by Byrna but we are happy to assist with that  process just follow the process above and we will get you squared away in no time at all.
