At Squatch Survival Gear, we’re committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and securely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping processes, timeframes, and costs to ensure you’re fully informed when placing your order.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2–3 business days.
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (subject to customs clearance).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at squatchsurvivalgear@gmail.com.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship Worldwide.
  • Some products may not be available for international shipping due to local restrictions.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Delays and Issues

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions.
  • Carrier-related issues.
  • Customs processing for international orders.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:

  • Notify us immediately at squatchsurvivalgear@gmail.com with your order details.
  • For damaged packages, please include photos of the package and its contents.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Customs and Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, any customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for additional information.
