The Gnome is built with 1000-denier CORDURA® fabric, chosen for its abrasion resistance and durability. It helps the pack stand up to the rubbing and scuffing that come with everyday carry and outdoor use. YKK zippers and GSW side-release buckles complete the pack's construction, with organized access to the essentials you reach for most.

Good gear should work with your body and the way it moves. The Gnome's adjustable X-harness keeps the pack close, while forward-routed strap adjustments let you fine-tune the fit from the front. Elastic retainers help manage loose strap ends. The harness adjusts to fit a wide range of wearers, from a small child through adults wearing 3XL. Dual zippers let the Gnome open fully flat for packing or at 90 degrees for access while worn. Four internal open-top pockets and one internal zippered pocket help separate small items so they are easier to find.

One pack, multiple ways to carry

Use the X-harness for chest carry, or switch to the included single strap for cross-body or waist carry. Take it with your backpack on the trail, then use it on its own for shorter outings and everyday errands.

You can also attach the Gnome to the exterior of a compatible backpack using its PALS/MOLLE system. This gives you another way to organize small essentials outside the main pack. PALS stands for Pouch Attachment Ladder System.
