Refunds and exchanges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Exchanges may be available for merchandise that is unopened and unused.

Exchange Process:
Exchanges may be available for merchandise that is unopened and unused.
Merchandise requiring warranty work due to manufacturers defect will follow this process also.
Step 1: Fill out the form below with all required information. Once we received the information, you'll receive an email confirmation that we have your request. Expect 3-4 days before you hear back from us.
Step 2: If the exchange is valid and within our policy guidelines, you'll receive an email from us with instructions on how and where to send the product for exchange. Follow these instructions carefully to ensure there are no issues with your exchange.
Step 3: We will exchange the merchandise and send a tracking number back.
The entire process can take up to 3 weeks to fully complete.
