Refunds and Returns Policy

Refunds and returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Thing to know for a smooth refund/return:

  • You must submit proof of purchase, an explanation of the defect, a picture of the defect, good contact name, contact number and address in the form below.
  • A large number of our bags have a lifetime warranty from manufacture defect.
  • Clothing sales are final and returns are handled by printful. 
  • Byrna products are handled by Byrna but we are happy to help with that process. Follow the process below and we will get you squared away in no time at all.
Refunds/Returns Process: 

    Refunds/Returns may be available for merchandise that is unopened and unused.  

    Step 1: Fill out the form below with all required information. Once we receive the information, you'll recieve an email confirmation that we have your request. Expect a 3-4 days before you hear back from us.

    Step 2: If the refund/return is valid and within our policy guidelines, you'll receive an email from us with instructions on how and where to send the product for refund/return. Follow these instructions carefully to ensure there are no issues with your refund/return.

    Step 3: We will issue a refund when the merchandise is delivered back to us.

    The entire process can take up to 3 weeks to fully complete.
