I am new customer of Squatch Survival Gear. I have owned many packs over the years and not one has lived up to my expectations or needs like the Grassman has. The quality and workmanship is second to none. True American workmanship, every zipper, stitch and strap is is flawless. You can tell someone that is familiar with what a pack needs to be and how it needs to be built designed it. To top it all off the customer service is excellent. When I had a question it was addressed immediately and thoroughly. I received a email with an answer and the company phone number. I decided to call and when I did the owner Chris answered the phone and was awesome to work with. I will certainly be a life long customer and I look forward to purchasing packs for my whole family.
